How you get FM access
There are two ways to unlock Fan Mail features.
Every artist plan includes an FM tier automatically:

2. Standalone FM add-on
If you’re on the Free artist plan but want more FM power, you can subscribe to a standalone FM add-on:

If your artist plan already bundles an FM tier equal to or higher than the standalone add-on, the bundled tier takes priority — you won’t be double-charged.
FM features
Subscribers
- Manual add — Add individual contacts from the Subscribers tab.
- Fan signup page — Share a dedicated link where fans can subscribe to your mailing list. Legacy artist profiles are also supported, so existing links continue to resolve correctly.
- Signup widget embed — (Standard+) Generate an embeddable widget for your website or landing page.
- CSV import — (Pro) Bulk-import contacts from a CSV file.
Campaigns
- Composer — Write and format emails using the rich text editor.
- Drafts — Save campaigns as drafts and come back to them later.
- Scheduled sending — (Pro) Set a future date and time for your campaign to send automatically.
- Resend to unopens — Resend a sent campaign only to recipients who haven’t opened it yet.
Analytics
- Basic open stats — (All tiers) Sent count and basic open tracking.
- Detailed stats — (Standard+) Full open rate breakdown with recipient-level open data.
- Click tracking — (Pro) Track link clicks within your campaigns.
- Unsubscribe tracking — (Pro) Monitor unsubscribe rates per campaign.
Getting started
- Navigate to Dashboard → Fan Mail from the sidebar.
- You’ll see quick links to:
- Campaigns — View, create, and manage your email campaigns.
- Subscribers — Browse and manage your subscriber list.
- Compose — Start a new campaign.
- Widget — Generate your signup widget embed code.
Upgrading your FM
To upgrade your FM tier:
- Go to Dashboard → Fan Mail.
- Click FM Pricing in the sidebar or visit the FM Pricing page directly.
- Choose the plan that fits your needs and complete checkout.
Alternatively, upgrading your artist plan (e.g., Free → Grow or Pro) automatically upgrades your bundled FM tier.
Limits & usage
Your current FM usage is visible in the Fan Mail dashboard:
- Emails sent this month vs. your monthly limit
- Active subscribers vs. your subscriber cap
The monthly email counter resets every 30 days from your last reset date. If you hit your limit mid-month, you can upgrade your plan to continue sending immediately.
