How do I create an account?

Click the User Icon in the navigation, enter your display name, email and password. By default, Listener is selected as your role.

Can I switch from Listener to Artist?

Yes! From your account dashboard you can request to change from a Listener profile to an Artist profile. Please note you cannot change from Artist to Listener.

How do I change my display name or avatar?

Go to Profile Settings from your account menu. You can update your display name and upload a new avatar image.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. You’ll be guided through a leaving flow:
  1. Select a reason for leaving (required)
  2. Depending on your reason, we may offer to address your concerns before you leave — for example, pointing you to our documentation, or sending your feature requests directly to our development team.
  3. Confirm by typing your email address.
This action is irreversible and will remove your profile data, favorites, and following lists.

How do I find music?

  • Discover page — Browse featured and new releases
  • Search — Find specific tracks, artists, or genres
  • Genre browser — Filter by music genre
  • Artist profiles — Explore an artist’s full catalog

What does “Following” an artist do?

Following an artist adds them to your followed artists list, making it easy to check back for their latest releases.

How do I save releases for later?

Click the Heart icon on any release to add it to your Favorites. Access your saved releases from the Favorites page.

Purchasing

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.

Can I buy multiple releases at once?

Yes! Add as many releases as you want to your cart and check out in a single transaction.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars).

Downloads

What format are the downloads?

All downloads are in WAV format — uncompressed, high-quality audio files (16-bit or 24-bit).

How do I download my purchased music?

  1. Go to Downloads from your user dashboard
  2. Find your purchased release
  3. Click the Download button next to each track

Can I re-download my purchases?

Yes. There’s no limit.

Can I download on mobile?

Yes, but we recommend desktop/laptop for the best experience with large WAV files.

Audio & playback

Can I preview tracks before buying?

Yes! Click the Play button on any release to preview the audio before purchasing.

Why WAV instead of MP3?

WAV files are uncompressed and lossless, meaning you get the exact audio quality the artist intended. MP3 files use compression that reduces quality.

Refunds & issues

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final due to the digital nature of downloads. Please use the preview feature to listen before purchasing.

I accidentally purchased the same release. What can I do?

The platform automatically prevents duplicate purchases — if you already own a release, it will show as “Owned” and cannot be added to your cart again. If you experienced a duplicate charge from before this protection was in place, contact support immediately.

I started checkout but didn’t complete the payment. Am I blocked from buying?

No. The pending checkout automatically expires after 30 minutes, after which you can start a fresh checkout for the same release.

The audio file seems corrupted. What should I do?

Try re-downloading the file. If the issue persists, contact support with details about the release and the problem.

Technical issues

The website isn’t loading properly. What should I do?

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check if you have any ad-blockers interfering

I can’t log in to my account.

  1. Click Forgot Password to reset your password
  2. Check that you’re using the correct email address
  3. Make sure your account is not suspended

Privacy & security

What data do you collect?

See our Privacy Policy for full details. We collect only what’s necessary to provide our service.

Can other users see my purchases?

No. Your purchase history is private and only visible to you.

Can artists see who purchased their music?

Artists can see purchase analytics (number of sales, earnings) but cannot see individual buyer identities.
