# Gift Baskets

> Sell bundles of your own releases using a private link or redemption code.

*Last updated: 17 October 2026*

## Paid bundles, not free download codes

A Gift Basket lets an artist offer a selection of their own published releases at one fixed price. A recipient enters the code or opens its link, reviews the included releases, and pays before gaining download access.

Only releases belonging to the selected artist workspace can be included. Unlike listening-only [Crates](https://docs.wavjunkie.com/artists/crates.md), Gift Baskets are paid purchases.

## Create a basket

1. Select the appropriate artist workspace, then open **Dashboard → Gift Baskets**.
2. Create a basket and enter its **Title** and optional **Message for recipients**.
3. Under **Releases in this basket**, select individual releases or use **Select all** for your full published discography. Singles, EPs and albums are included as complete releases.
4. Set **Basket price (USD)**. The minimum is \*\*$1.00 per included release**: five releases require at least $5.00, even if their normal combined price is higher.
5. Optionally set a **Redemption limit** and an **Expires** date. Leaving the limit blank allows unlimited redemptions while the basket remains available.
6. Save your changes, then turn **Basket live** on. Copy the generated code or link to share it.

Codes use uppercase letters and numbers. Recipients can enter one at [wavjunkie.com/redeem](https://wavjunkie.com/redeem) or open a link in the form `https://wavjunkie.com/redeem/CODE`.

## Availability and tracking

The editor displays the redeemed count and any limit. Switch the basket off to stop further use of its link and code, or delete it when no longer needed. A basket also becomes unavailable when its limit is reached or its expiry passes. Switching a basket off does not remove purchases already completed.

## What recipients do

* Open the link or enter the code on the Redeem page.
* Sign in or create an account before redeeming. The original destination is retained through sign-in so they can return to the basket.
* Review the included releases and total price.
* Complete **basket-only checkout**, separate from other cart items.
* After payment confirmation, find each included release in **Dashboard → Library** and stream it or choose a download format.

A recipient who already owns an included release cannot purchase that basket unchanged; they should contact the artist for a different selection. Basket sales are recorded as release earnings under the artist's usual payout rules.

## If a code does not work

Check that the basket has saved releases, is switched on, has not expired and has remaining redemptions. Share the exact copied code or link. If the issue continues, contact [admin@wavjunkie.com](mailto:admin@wavjunkie.com).
